71: Taming Your Inner Food Monster
On this show we are going to talk about your relationship with food. It’s a much more complicated relationship than people realize. Glenn Livingston, Ph.D is here to talk about his journey out of obesity and into a healthy lifestyle. He says “…every time that you are looking for love at the bottom of a bag or a box or container, there’s some fat cat in a white suit with a mustache that’s laughing all the way to the bank…” Tune in and Never Binge Again!
Guest Bio: Glenn Livingston, Ph.D. is a veteran psychologist. He became disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food obsessed individuals and spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating. Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison to a normal, healthy weight and a much more lighthearted relationship with food.
